I was wondering if anyone feeds there puffers earthworms? I have read in this forum in the past feeding blackworms but not earthworms.
I fed 1 earthworm last night to my GSP's and came out of there hidy holes like bullets shot out of a gun when they saw it wriggling around and they scarfed it down like crazy, nothing was left! With all this rain here in Ohio there has been some big meaty looking ones all over my driveway. I washed it off good before I fed it to them. I must admit it was pretty gruesome to watch them attacking it like piranhas

I would, if I didn't feel so sorry for the earthworms. I am a bit silly that way. I cheer for the puffers, but cry for the earthworms.

I know there good and if for what ever reason i can't get some i can dig some huge ones out the garden. The suvattii has eaten quite alot of guppies because they breed so quick in my friends tank it's unreal. I have never noticed any problems with him in the months iv'e had him from feeding live fish. Do you ever feed live fish and have you ever had any problems with it?
