So, Prior to getting my fahaka I'd like to set up a little snail farm. the easiest snails to get a hold of around here are mystery snails. Would these be appropriate for feeding fahaka? It will be about 5 - 6" when I get it.
Thanks!

It will take forever to grow a snail large enough for a 5-6"er. There are so many other good, crunchy foods to feed a large fahaka.

OK. Thanks for the tip.
What does your fahaka's diet consist of/ Do you have a feeding schedule, with a set rotation?
I'm very paranoid about keeping the teeth worn down. The last thing in the world I ever want to do is puffer dentistry.

He gets a live cray every 2 weeks, also oysters, clams, mussels, people shrimp, earthworms & seafood medley. He gets a really good meal 2x/week & then bits of the other fish's food every couple of days (usually blackworms or FD plankton). He's ~12".
