Does anyone know the name of the beautiful cory with the bright orange fins? I want a school of them for my GF tank.

Yes. And they are the most common of that kind of cories. But there are others too. There's one that is very alike sterbai: c. haraldschultzi (I've got them too). You also have c. gossei and if I remember it right: c. seussi. There are probably one or two species that only have c-numbers too. But sterbai is the most common one, and probably the one you are looking for. If you buy one, make sure to have them packed separately when transporting them. Sterbai is the worst at releasing stress toxins, and because of that, killing each other off. The problem is smaller when they are younger specimens, but you should always have them packed separately anyway.

Yes, all of them. IMO sterbai and haraldschultzi are the species that have the brightest orange on the fins, but I haven't seen any of the other species except on pics. Sterbai is the most known of them, and the one that is most common in the trade. Around here it's difficult to get the other species. Haraldschultzi is the species that is the easiest to get besides sterbai. The haraldschultzi differs from sterbai with their longer snout and dark spots on light background in the face, where sterbai have light spots on dark background. But if the label doesn't say otherwise in the shop, it's most certainly sterbai you will get. You never buy sterbai, and get something else. I breed them BTW. Sterbai was my first cory, and will always have a special place in my heart.

They're such a handsome fish! They'll look great next to Francis, on the bright blue gravel.

I really don't know what level the price is on in the US. I know they are cheaper than here though, as everything here tend to be expensive. I payed more for my sterbais, but they were large and WC. Check several shops to see what price they usually take for them. Then you get a good idea whether it's cheap or expensive.
