And a poor excuse for one at that. Nothing but an expensive map pack for MW2 :P.

It's essentially the same as the previous CoD games. So if you liked the ones before I see no reason why this one wouldn't be fun. :D

I personally care little for Quake style games. But it seems well enough thought out and very popular.

Anxiously awaiting The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim myself. Killing some time with BF3 and KOTOR in the meantime.

I beat The story and a lot of the side missions in oblivion in preparation for Skyrim. as far as im concerned every COD is just an expansion of the original MW. dont get me wrong, i played them. 10th prestige MW, WAW, and MW2. i was just under 2000th in the world at WAW (not amazing but pretty good) on a team in top 200 in gamebattles. but they are so repetitive. Halo 3 is a lot less boring IMO. but..... SKYRIM SKYRIM SKYRIM SKYRIM SKYRIM.....!!!!!!!

The Battlefield francise has always been better than the CoD francise. But, that's just my opinion, and I don't play these types of games anymore (join the Marines and do it for real and you'll understand why.) So, I'll wait until this Friday and pick up Skyrim instead - along with a 5 months supply of beer and frozen pizzas. Then, I'll board up the house and begin my winter hibernation.

Ive been in love with Battlefield since 1942 and vietnam. BF3 is awesome... so much to do.

But I like COD a lot too. I realize its mainly just new maps, slightly upgraded graphics and a couple new weapons, etc. However, I love the frenetic paced multiplayer action.

And I didnt discover elder scrolls until Oblivion, but it blew me away. Talk about the closest thing to full immersion in a video game.
