Live Rock, Corals, Anemones etc

Hi,
So Taki's still looking good, the tank temp is being minted at between 18-19 degrees which should be cold enough. I've had a good 2 weeks of stable readings, so I'm going to start the transition to full marine. No more than 0.002 per week?
My next question is will live rock from normal tropical tanks be ok as long as its cured at cold temperatures?
Will my little guy be ok with corals? I'm wanting to get some Orange Cup Coral which I know is ok at temperate temps?
Also how much live rock do you need for it to beneficial in a 150litre tank? And I know I probably can't use it in marine water but I have a fantastic shaped piece of bogwood that would fit beautifully in the tank, what do you guys think?
Oh FYI Taki's a Takifugu ocelatus
