Where can I get Dwarfs???

I live in Jacksonville, FL and I can't find anywhere that carries the Dwarf Puffers.

Jolly's reef at blanding and wilson can get some, usually, but she is really over priced. Wants like 12 each last time I asked.
The petsupermarket on blanding in OP sometimes can order fish, call em and ask to talk to Ricky he tried to help me find a fahaka when i was looking
