My guess is Alpheus heterochaelis, but it's just a guess.

Wow! thats a Alpheus pacificus.. like seven year said, its a guess again cuz that photo has a very unusual coloration...
This is the Alpheus pacificus
Body shape is quite the same ¿no?
But coloration is....
