My Ceylon Puffer ate my Humbug Damsel last night with just the head left floating on the sand, funny thing is it happened in the middle of the night

That's odd. Every puffer I've ever seen eat another fish did it head first.

ohh! LOL 3 stipes arent very tuff, in my 75g mine gets pushed around 24/7 by my Domino! Did you have a burial by sea! LOL
