The police and politicians are all patting themselves on the back and competing over who did the most to end the riots when it was clear that they only had a minimal effect. The real heroes are the FA and the Premier League, it can't just be coincidence that the riots stopped the day after they threatened to cancel the first games of the season...

No, user was a spammer. The IP was tied to the link and came up in different resources as Spam.
