Can you help me diagnose this white spot

Notice the white spot above his eye. It has been there for 3 days now.
I am in the process of testing water parameters and will post as soon as I can.
It does not look raised like a bump but more like a scratch, I have never seen Ich in person before so is that what I am looking at?
His behaviour has not changed and he has eaten the past three nights normally. The yellow tang and maroon clownfish he is with show no symptoms. His eyes show no change/discoloration.
Should I start preping a QT, I have a spare 20 gallon I can set up tonight, or am I over reacting and just looking at a scratch?
Also if it is ICH, can someone point me to the direction of a good resource on treatment.
Thank you very much.

It is not ich/crypt. Looks like a scratch.

Yep. Looks like a scratch to me, too. Could he have been chased into something by one of your other fish?

I agree, looks like a scratch. Would not do anything unless it changes somehow.

Hmm he has been window surfing up and down near a powerhead maybe he has been bumping into it, I'm going to move it out of his way.
I can't tell what he wants but he keeps doing it.
Should I start the process of upgrading him to a 100 gallon +, he's only in a 65 now but he's grown so quickly o.0

Better upgrade too soon (if possible at all) than too late.

Okay so that white spot has disappeared, and it looked like it slowly healed over a few days so it must have been a scratch.
But this evening I found this very unusual marking near what looks like his nose.
Notice the brown markings. Has anyone seen this before, is it also another injury?
He is with a yellow tang and maroon clownfish could they have done this? I was at work today so I did not see what happened.

Looks like he may be getting scraped up on the rocks. Is another fish chasing him into them?
