I just got my C. Vallentini 25 minutes ago. She is a beauty! I asked them for a young specimen, though and she's actually almost full grown... Im gonna have to spring for that 55g sooner than I thought

Looks like there might be some whittish spotting on the fins. Did you quarantine this fish? If it has crypt, that's a lot more complicated to treat than freshwater ich.

Looks like a cartoon character! I don't see crypt but there are some white spots on the fins. Could be from shipping.

Alas my only option for a QT tank is my 10g LR curing tank... Its all gross params wise and is home to Leto Atreides the Bristle worm. I didn't notice the spots at the LFS OR at home because she was triple bagged, so... she went straight in. There are three different spots on the fins... SHOULD I move her? I don't wanna risk my inverts dying from meds.

Ok heres the update... There are more visible spots ALLREADY on her since I got home from work and I swear I've seen white crap in the water column. Also saw a long, oval-shaped white thing on the glass, tiny. Here's what I've done so far.
Cleared the 10g tank I was mentioning of the LR and my bristle worm (all in one grab I might add).
Mixed up some new water for a big change to aforementioned 10g, it's stabilising right now.
I don't want to have to "nuke" the main tank so I'm thinking along the lines of treating her in the 10g, but my baby clown will have to go in there as well so as to cut off hosts for the whole life cycle of the parasite. So what are the odds the two will tolerate each other in a ten? They have been totally cool with each other so far. Any advice would be great I'm PLEXED.
