Saddled Toby and Coral

So my C. Vallenini is arriving at the LFS tomorrow. Im stoked! I'd like to add some corals to the tank, it's LR only right now. Anyone know of any that they don't like to munch on? Thanks.

And I've heard they do fine with bubble-tip Nems. Do I need to get a big one right out the gate? Or can I get a little cheap one and grow it out with my Toby? I ordered a small puff.

Mine was good for about 6 months, before it started nipping at corals.
