New to you,,, Love puffers... I have a 240 gallon with 2 stars and stripes... 2 dogface.....1 porcupine ....1 tobey... i snowflake eel.. good stuff

thanks... and Walrus Head.... if my fish were a foot long each,.. maybe,... but they are all babies and they love each other....ive read some post how you all say no two puffer can live tougether... but that is incorrect. these guys have been together for a long time.....pictures coming soon

and... i dont have the run of the mill 240 tank.... its 8 feet long by . 2 by 2.. the largest fish i have is maybe 7 inches...and when these little footballs get bigger.. they will move into a much larger home

Dont get me wrong I had 1 Stars'n'Stripes, 1 Dogface and a Ceylon Puffer in a 120 Gallon Tank but they were all small except the SnS puffer who reached 10" When I had to move him on.

I think though you are pushin it with having 2 dogfaces and 2 SnS puffers and youll find quite sooon that youll have to rehome some. As Adult SNS Puffers are very aggressive feeders, and will do damage to your other stock. I think soon you shold look to rehoming both of your SnS puffers and getting a more laid back fish. Take this from someone who had experience keeping a 10" Stars and Stripes with a 4" Baby dog face, at the end things got nasty as he would bite my dogface puffer during feeding time!
To the point where my dogface nearly had his eye bit off, these SnS dont mean to do damage but when it comes to feeding they dont think about anyone except themselves.
Watch as they grow from 7" to about 9" how things will changes in your tank, so yeh get ready for some Fish Rehoming or some Fish Fights

thank you... i know that these little buggers will get nasty... the other day my larger stairs and stripes bit my finger will i was doing tank work... so i dont doubt that for a minute....
its nice to have them all together now... i know that it wont be forever.

FYI, the s&s in the picture may actually be a A. reticulatus (see Top of the forum, upper left). I have often seen them mislabelled and they can be hard to tell apart unless you've seen a lot of them.

I would have to see a pic of the belly to determine whether it was a SnS or not!

I'd prefer one from the side.

Yes a picture from the side shows the odd share circular pattern towards the back and the lines towards the front they have. A. reticulatus also grow bigger than the SnS, they get huge.
