hey guys does anyone know if i can put a teacup stingray in with my fahaka ive seen videos on youtube with them in the same tank but im not sure??? i know the general rule of thumb is no tank mates but just curious if anyone has seen it or has tried it...

quick google search and i found one on MFK that was 25 bucks, said he paid 50.
And you have now given me a new idea for my next tank LOL

As noted above: the eyes tend to be interpreted as food by other predatory fishes hunting on the sediment surface. I don't know if it could sting the puffer... maybe. One reference I have noted it to be venomous.

IMHO, neither rays nor fahakas belong in tanks with other fish. And for either specimen, the cost of the fish is completely trivial in relation to the cost of the setup and upkeep.
Just what size tank were planning to use?
