how gutted was i when i turned up at poss the best local fish shop ever today, tranquility in woodingdean near brighton. to find it was closed. i was only there a week ago and all was fine. small family run business for over 30 yrs, i have been frequenting there for 15. always top advice at a price we can all afford, yet they cease trading and chains with b/s advice continue ..... rip tranquility.

I'd be crushed too if my LFS suddenly closed. Been going there for 25 years.

as wierd as this may sound feels like i lost a friend. these were the guys that got me my prime. i now have to drive miles if i want live food etc instead of 2 mins. this really sucks ****

around here the good mom n pop kinda shops dont last long unfortunately so i dont get that kinda relationship

yep, petco/petsmart/petsupermarket kill the small guy. I still prefer to go to the small guy even if it costs me a little bit more out of pocket

why dont others see this. i had three rams from another shop all very pretty. all dead within six months. others that are a pound or so more expensive breed for years . thats value
