so just wondering if u guys think my 4-5 inch arrowhead would be able to eat a small crayfish or fiddler crab without getting hurt

yes, shouldnt be a problem. My 2inch abei takes down crays all day long.

And (this will cause a old boring debate) if your worried about your beloved puffer getting hurt by food, just pull its claws off first

lol i have heard the claw removal trick but the fidler crab claws look to small to even do any damage
