Just transferred him into a 20g long

He is still a little skinny by the tail end and I believe that he has an indent by his tail from improper shipping at walmart. Will that ever go away?

It might be scoliosis from a vitamin deficiency, it might be broken, or it might be from some illness. You will want to treat him for internal parasites, he is definitely thin.
He has nice coloration.

I used a anti-bacterial fish medication Furan-2 made by API. Is that the same or no? and if not what meds should i use?

O and also I might just not have been feeding him enough before since more recently I've seen other people's gsp after feeding and realized that Rex's belly was never as big as those.
