Spiderweb-like floaters

So I just started setting up a 29 gallon aquarium for my GSP. The water in the aquarium is all bottled water and has not been treated yet, but I have added salt to the water. I also have aragonite substrate and a few live plants I'm trying out with the new aquarium. The water is cloudy, but maybe that's from the aragonite I put in yesterday.

It's not from the plants because it was there this morning before I added those and after scooping it out I figured it would go away. I have kept the light on all day because of the plants and there's also a heater keeping the water a constant 80 degrees Fahrenheit.

salinity 1.020-1.021
pH 7.4-7.6
ammonia approx 0.50 ppm
nitrites 0 ppm
nitrates approx 0 ppm

What is this stuff? How bad is it? And most importantly, how do I get rid of it? :P

Id do a big water change, 1 to get rid of that stuff, 2, to get the ammonia down

Well, it's currently not on a filtration system of any kind. I was just going to move my aquaclear 50 over to this aquarium with the water from the older 15 gallon aquarium. I wanted to use the filter that came with the 29 gallon aquarium, but I got a decent deal on everything I wasn't really that disappointed when the crap filter didn't work.

I haven't moved the GSP over yet, but I also don't want to leave the water sitting there without some kind of water flow.
