Got a guy a little south of me wanting to sell a 75 tank with stand canopy, wet/dry, skimmer, etc. Basically everything needed for a salt tank. Hasnt been run in about 10 years. Is 200 obo a good deal?

Sounds good to me. When you go to 'em ask him what's the least he'll take and talk him down a little more. Make a good deal better
Edit - seen it hasn't been run in about 10 years..lol..test it all first.

I would only pay 200 if the tank was at least 120 gallons. try to get at least 50 dollars off (i live in orange county CA, so our prices might be a bit different)

Is it drilled? Sump? Folks really don't use wet/drys anymore.
