Possible fungus??

This morning when I woke up my DP had something on his eye. It looked like some kind of fungus.
I went and did a 90% water change. I came back from school and it was good tO see him still alive. I got some methylene blue because my LFS was out of fungus treatments. How should I treat the DP? I plan on treating them both because it has probally spread. The tank was fully cycled before and I plan on doing a methylene blue bath. Any ideas on how to do this? I hear you should use half the reg dosing because it is scaleless. Any help is appreciated.
