shrimp a snack for puffer

I have a yellow watchman goby in my tank and was thinking about getting a shrimp to keep him company, probably a pistol shrimp or something similar. I was wondering if my stars and stripes would make a meal out of him? My S&S is about 3 inches long. Thanks in advance.

watchman + pistol = good combo... but not sure how the puffer will react to having his snout shot at.
Adequate space .. maybe...
it really is a crap shoot (pun intended).
