Please read the GSP article in the library. What are the readings for ammonia, nitrIte, nitrAte, pH? Any tank mates? What's the SG? Tank size? How was the tank cycled? How long have you had this Puffer?
Lots of info needed to help you properly.
(oh and ps, mind taking it easy on the CAPS?

Cindi, Please go to the top of this forum & try to answer all the questions asked there.
If you don't have a test kit, yo need to get your water tested ASAP, at your local fish store (LFS).
Post the results of:
Ammonia
NitrItes
NitrAtes
pH
