So, My marine tank has been up for about 6 moths. I bought it with some well established LR that was supporting a reef from a person I met online. I've been having fish die off for some reason I can't pin point. I get the fish in the tank and they seem to thrive well for a few days and then they suddenly seem to become listless and then die. The only thing I've noticed is a small whiteish spot on their noses, nothing that seems out of the ordinary.

Last night I was watching my serpent starfish stick his arms out of his hiding spot trying to feed and next to him was what looked like another arm creeping out on the rock. It took me a few minutes to identify it as a peanut worm (mimiced the star fish arm near perfectly), Has anyone ever had trouble with these guys and their fish?

I had a ton of these in a 30 gal long way back and never seemed to lose fish from anything other then ick time to time.

OMG!! The association jokes I could tell...

I'm interested in hearing an answer to Dad's question, too... I've seen peanut worms in the LR in my two-month-old SW tank. I haven't had any problems thus far.

I've got them all over my reef.
