alright
so im going to be setting up a 20 gallon reed tank in the next few weeks...
the tank is 16 inches deep
would 4 t5 bulbs be good. a total of 96 watts
down the road ide want to get some softies and an anemone... would this be sufficient?
also... kind of off topic...
but do you think 2, koralia 425 power heads would be a good amount of flow?
that would turn the water over 40 times

I'd suggest at least T5 HO for most anemones

I would go with the 4. Softies and such would be fine under 2 T5 HO at 16 inches,....but most of the nice anemones and such would do better with 4.
I have my quad T5 HO with built in moonlights arriving next week. Yippee!!

I just ordered one Koralia Nano Evoltion at 425 Gph to add some flow to my 33 gal reef...but I have two Aquaclear 70's and a Fluval 405 running on there already.
The light I picked up is an Odyssea...just a cheapo off ebay for $100+shipping. Not the best quality light but it'll do till I find a MH-T5HO combo I can afford

Yep,...I think 2 would be best....have then pointing directly at each other from across the tank for optimized motion.
