Hi everyone havent been on in a while! But since I was last here I now have a 4 inch Guineafowl Puffer, who has been in my tank about a month now. In the Start he was a very greedy eater stuffing his face with lancefish, since then he became sick of lancefish and didnt eat anymore. While still showing hunger and looking for food! So I decided to change his diet and started him on fresh mussels which he was taking happily stuffing 1 - 2 in a single sitting. Now he has begun to show lack of interest in mussels aswell???? Not taking mussels but still foraging around for food?
Why has he become so picky with the food he eats and what foods are best fed to him????? Im worried now as its been 3 days since he last ate anything....

1) Your water parameters - pH, Ammonia, Nitrite, Nitrates and salinity .
2) Tank size and a list of ALL inhabitants.
3) Feeding, water change schedule and a list of all products you are using or have added to the tank (examples: Cycle, Amquel, salt, etc)
4) What changes you've made in the tank in the last week or so.
5) How long the aquarium has been set up, and how did you cycle it?
If you could answer all these questions might help to figure things out.

My puffers rarely eat the same thing in consecutive days , I would imagine they would get tired of eating the same thing.

+1, puffers need a varied diet. See the feeding section in our Library.

Yep, different foods would or should get him to eat what he likes. Btw, I love these puffer's and that last pic is too cute..lol.

but guineafowl puffers are more demanding care wise than say my SnS puffer who eats anything! It says that Guineafowl Puffers have a
coral preference diet meaning they are harder to feed and so your feeding section which gives broadrange feeding info will not have the info Im looking for. So I need a little more indepth advice on feeding these puffers

I would get some crab legs, shrimp, mussels, clams, whatever you can find, and change what you give him daily. Like, have the variety available in your freezer so you can switch it up.
