Is the tank empty right now? Are they being shipped? Treat immediately for ich & if they're thin at all, IPs.

They are going into a well established 55 Gallon. I was going for two... but they were out.. and then they double shipped.

I've got them drip acclimating and Temp equalizing.

They are beautiful. Fat, Active, and all fins perfect. No nips etc.... much better than I figured.

4 is perfect for that tank! They prefer to be in groups of 3 of more. Better buy some Finquel & be prepared with my dentistry article. ;)

I will. I've got Pond Snails and Ramshorns ready for them. They are actually at 1.5" (3.81cm) a bit bigger than I expected.

Nope. They need to be kept in groups and they need a large long tank. Sorry.

+1 to Flutter's comment.

These are as close to hyper as puffers get - and one of my favorite puffers. But they need space and current - not do-able in a ten..

Great! They are more than a bit misfits in the puffer family, but that is part of their charm.

They are dedicated little hunters. They wiped out all of the smaller snails and are now wailing on medium size Ramshorns.

They most certainly are that!
