I don't really know. These are my first puffer fish. I just got them on January 9th. Balthazar blends in better with the rocks and Fredrick sometimes makes himself that brown color of the fake coral stuff.c333davis wrote:Do you find that they display darker colors with a darker substrate? I plan on leaving them together. I've never seen them bite at each other, only chase a little bit. I think they are going to be all right. They are pretty lazy most of the time. Mine get along whenever they aren't eating or both wanting to be right in front of me while I am in front of the tank. I think they are going to be fine.
