Jungle Labs Internal Parasite Guard

Hi,
I'm a little confused with the instructions on the bottle.
Instructions exactly as printed on the bottle:
Begin with a 25% water change, then USE 1 TEASPOON (5g) FOR EACH 5 U.S. GALLONS (20L) EVERY OTHER DAY UP TO 3 TREATMENTS, if necessary. Remove carbon from filter during use. Clean measuring device before every use.
I've come to a few possible ways to interpret the instructions.
Scenario 1:
Day 1: 25% WC + Dose
Day 2: Do nothing
Day 3: 25% WC + Another full dose
Day 4: Do nothing
Day 5: 25% WC + Final full dose
Day 6: Do nothing
Day 7: Use activated carbon to remove medication
Scenario 2:
Day 1: 25% WC + Dose
Day 2: Do nothing
Day 3: 25% WC + 25% of full dose (since only 25% of water is changed)
Day 4: Do nothing
Day 5: 25% WC + Final 25% of full dose
Day 6: Do nothing
Day 7: Use activated carbon to remove medication
Scenario 3:
Day 1: 25% WC + Dose
Day 2: Do nothing
Day 3: Another full dose
Day 4: Do nothing
Day 5: Final full dose
Day 6: Do nothing
Day 7: Use activated carbon to remove medication
It's my first time using an internal bacteria medication. Which scenario should it be?
Apart from this, I bought 2 bottles of the Internal Parasite Guard, but the crystals inside has a totally different colour!
I suppose this is their batch number.

Very nice and colourful.

But are they the same thing?
Sorry for the lengthy post, but can anyone help with these 2 issues?
