i guess this goes out to the more experienced fish keppers,but not really..when do you know that your ready to move on to harder set ups i guess is the words im loooking for--is that something you just take on thinking that your fish keeping skills are a plus or is there a little risk in there?or do you play it safe?is it just one of those things that just takes it course?i never thought i would keep cats for 20+ yrs but her i am with a bunch of ingrates with different tastes lol.bottom line dont force it take it slow?i enjoy my fish i dont want to get frustrated and just say ahhh.will i know???

When it is too easy. Without challenges and changes I would burn out. Boredom is a hobby killer.

LOL, I avoided SW for as long as I could. 20 years, to be exact--even being in the business of fish stores that dealt in SW, I wouldn't walk down that isle to look at the "unattainable" fish. After keeping GSPs that needed some salt, then bringing them up to marine after a few years, I was stuck on the dark side of SW & have never looked back...

When you've done the research, have the time and resources you need, and, if necessary, have the big bucks for equipment.
