I bet those assassin snails would be great for an way to thin out a over populated tank of pond snails that do not have fish to eat them like smaller puffers :D .

Yeah, they're really popular for that. I need my MTSs for sand-stirring in my planted tank, so I keep my assassins in a different tank, but they're really cool pets.

The assassin finally lost the battle. :(

yep... they are burrowers like MTS snails.

When something passes by they chase after is a lightning (for a snail) speed :D

They are pretty hard to find around any lfs's around me. Mainly seen are the apple, mystery, pond, trumpit snail are all I ever seen before. I might have to look really good next time in the tanks in lfs's. Btw, I subscribed to your YouTube channel. I really like the Bloat videos. He is a really neat guy :D .

Mine cost me $6 each, I bought 2 and got one as a freebie. So started with 3 and now have 20+

I finished writing the care sheet on them last night.

they are cool... just re-read my page.. haha sounds strange... will have to fix the grammar.

They are VERY good hunters. In snail time they are quite fast and can chase down others. Blood thirsty critters :)
