Snail question

I just got 100 Nassarius snails and 25 Periwinkles and I recently added them to my DT after a 3 week quarantine period. Not 24 hours after being in the tank I found little white dots on the back glass of my tank. The question I have is: Are these easy to breed and could this be eggs? I have no Crypt in the tank and all my fish look fantastic.
