How big is it? Does it have a green/yellow head?

the fins look good, bot too much sign of stress or nipping.
That white spot that you are focusing on will heal with good water quality and possibly some melafix / pimafix.
For some reason that looks like a ceylon... but it does have that green "glow" at the top of the head.

Definitely not a Ceylon but was wondering if maybe a T sabahensis.

yep yep...
the ones similar I saw were labeled as ceylon... now I can see the difference
Giant spotted .. looks like he was roughed up a bit but still healthy for the most part

I'm not sure how you are going to raise it in a week & keep the biofilter going. You could drip-acclimate it at .002/hour, but you're going to have to keep a very close eye on the parameters in th bucket. Keep it aerated & heated.

no need to worry about biofilter, cause right now she's in my quarantine tank with heater and aeration. I just need to acclimate the SG to reach my SW tank's SG then move her to my SW tank. Any other advice? thanks

Well if that's the case, you could do the same thing as if you were bringing a fish up from hypo. Do 50% daily WC, raising the SG each day by ~.003, for a week

I'd say more GSP than anything else, markings are too round, not enough labyrinth type pattern.
