Filter chewed up my DP, she's still alive. Advice please.

1. Water params : Don't have exact readings at the moment, just split with the bf and took the puffer tank, he kept the kit. I'll be getting a new one once the stores open back up. When I left they were 0,0, ~20 the filter media has remained wet through the transfer
2. 10 gal with 2 fully freshwater bumble bee gobies and Miss Rosie the DP
3. The tank has been fed once, they were fasted for 4 days prior. 3 days before the move and the day of the move.
4. The tank has been moved from Raleigh NC to Vermilion OH. The fish and plants were packed in a cooler and driven in the heated cab of a truck to Ohio. The tank was empty save substrate, which froze during the trip.
5. The tank had been set up for 6 months prior to the move.
Ok so here's the issue...
I got up for presents with the family at about 8am, after that I came up to check the tank and didn't see Rosie in there. I immediately checked the filter and she came tumbling out. This was at about 9:30am. All of her fins are in once piece, but she is extremely lethargic and is just kinda floating around. The skin near her tail is cut up. She can still swim if she needs to, but prefers to just lay around. I attempted a spot feed because she is horribly thin from the fasting but she just swam off. She can control her movements in the water unless she is in the filter current, it just buffets her around.
I am planning to do a good WC and keep the tank clean. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
