So, I have been reading around about Aragonite, but I don't really know much about it. My PH level in the tank was starting to creep a little past 7, so it was time for something... There's instructions on the bag, but that's not always the most informational. I put about a pound of it in my 15 gallon tank and it got cloudy like I've read it does. Do you really just put it in there with the fish already in the tank or are you suppose to put it in and let it settle while the fish are in another tank? The GSP didn't like it at all and moments later, I saw grey on his sides.

So... can anyone point me in the direction of how to use this stuff properly because it doesn't seem like this is the best way to introduce it? But I also need to get my PH a lot closer to 8...

Edit: I just went back to check on him and the greyness is fading, but he's attacking the Aragonite (or maybe trying it eat it?). What's that about?
