I battled ips with my DP about 8 weeks ago. No problems since... until tonite. He had some clear dangling poo, but it wasn't stringy and cobweb-like. It was rigid and almost exactly like a bloodworm casing.. even down to the visible segments. No other problems noted. He eats well and it takes him 7+ hours for his tummy to slowly recede after feeding. Parameters are zero ammonia and nitrite, 5-10 nitrate.

I'm sure he's fine.
