porcupine not eating

ive noticed my porcupine puffer was getting kinda skinny so when i fed him i watched to make sure he was eating and he would suck the food in but then just spit it back out. i fed him mysis shrimp cuz its his favorite and he still just sucks it in and then spits it back out

How long have you had him? What foods has he been eating? Can he open & close his mouth?

Ive had him for about 4 months he eats freeze dried blood worms and mysis shrimp i cant get him to touch anything else and ive tried everything my store offers. he can open his mouth and everything and i can tell he is hungry but its like he cant keep anything in his stomach. Water parameters are fine just a little bit of algae on the glass.

ph 7.8 ammonia 0 nitrites 0 nitrates under 15 tank inhabitants one snowflake eel a damsel ive had since i cycled the tank and some hermits tank was set up over a year ago. havent made any changes over the past week any help would be appreciated urgently he has lost a lot of energy and i dont think he will make it through another night

I wish you had answered all the Qs: How about tank size? Fish sizes? Filtration?
If all he's been eating for 4 months is FD bloodworms & mysis, I'm afraid he's been starving for quite some time:
