That is your common North American Cucurbita holocanthus. What makes it rare is the carved appearance and the fact that it appears to possibly be bio-luminescent. Be real careful around this species, I've heard tell of them jumping out of their aquarium and smashing on the road when presented with a teenager (Homo ignoramus).

I'll need a clear side shot for a proper ID. At least the pectoral fin rays show up well in this photograph.
