Third row, in the middle... It looks like a fahaka with a yellow head and less spottiness.

Well, it looks like a puffer, but not a Fahaka.
I have never heard that name before, and it is not in Fishbase.

The scientific name makes me say yes. And it looks similar to a fahaka to me

It looks to be some sort of puffer, but I'm not sure I'd say a Fahaka. Some interesting stuff on that site though.

That fish from EOL is not a puffer (both paired fins present, wrong teeth, wrong color- not definitive anyway), but also does not appear to be the fish pictured on the original site. Still a large question mark.

The "Yellow strip head (Tetraodon papuensis)" on this page is a puffer, better known under its correct name "Tetraodon erythrotaenia". "Tetraodon papuensis" is an incorrect trade synonym, which should not be used. This specimen is not in the best mood: stress coloration. Therefore, it's not obvious on the first look.
The IDs there and putting an E. polyzona under the name "Zebra eel" into brackish water... no thanks.
