GSP and their strange behaviors

Thought I'd start a fun thread on some of the more strange behaviors you have seen with your "comical" GSP's.

For example:

1 - When I feed him a pea (usually first), he goes crazy after he swallows it - swimming back and forth like a madman like he is saying "NOOOO, that's not what I wanted!!! I want the GOOD stuff!!!" :hyper:

2 - If he sees me YAWN...sometimes he yawns with me! So cute. yup

Anyone else?

Once two of my GSPs got into an argument of who should get the last piece of mussel.

If one had it, the other would follow him until he dropped it...that one would would pick it up and then the other would follow...until the piece was small enough for one of them to swallow it whole.

The loosing puffer..waited until the winner went back to his area of the tank....and then the loser pooped right on top of the winners "house" (rock cave)...

The winner did not see him do it, but I almost peed my pants..

One of those..I wish I had a camera close by moments..

@ Sparks: Funny about the yawning. LOL!

@Purplecandle: No winners in that scenario... "I'll show YOU!"

Mine also does this stalking technique where he positions himself vertically against his tree looking straight down (like a bat or dracula would hang) and freezing there...waiting for something to go by.

He's a character!
