Only difference is a small piece of driftwood and some java moss. PlaySand subsrate. Is this good for dwarf puffers? Pay no attention to the rams, they're gone.

Id say that it looks good for some depending on size

10g tank - 5g recommended per dwarf puffer. So yes its suitable.

I had mine in a 5.5 for several months and it did fine. I recently upgraded her to a 10 gallon and she seems much happier.
