i bought 2 little gsps yesterday, both seem to be happy and doing ok, but 1 of them has what i can only describe as chunks missing out of 1 side :( it was like this when i got him, im assuming hes been bitten by the other puffs he was in the tank with. they done seem to be causing him any discomfort or nything like, im just wanting 2 know what i can do to helpthem heal? have been putting pimafix + melafix in the water.
not very good pic, but have been trying for 30 mins n this is the best i managed with phone cam lool!! the 1 on the left

Keep that water quality up there... perfect water will help with the healing process. pimafix+melafix cocktail may also help.

If he starts to decline, I'd opt for an antibiotic dip or QT

Clean water and mela/pima fixes will help. Clean water is most important though ;)

Make sure you add an airstone if you're adding the "fixes". For some they hold dissolved oxygen in the water and you need to bring the oxygenation up so they can breathe ok.
