puffer with white spot!!!

I had isolate the puffer with marine water but he doesn't eat and swim no more. help me!

Without more information we cannot help.
What kind of puffer? What are the water parameters? Is it an isolated spot or are there many white spots? How long have you had the puffer?
We'd like to help but need more from you.

he is "full" and the eyes aren't over, but are (incavati in italin)

It could just be the puffer's spines. how big are the spots?

very small 1mm the puffer is 10 cm long.

I think it is just the spines, all puffers have spines.

What is the specific gravity in the tank? Are the spots on his fins too?

I'll get Tihsho..his Italian's fluent and he's got back recently. Opaca is opaque...cloudy...this doesn't look very good.

Che è la sua gravità specifica della sua acqua attualmente? Lei potrebbe affiggere anche i parametri di acqua (l'ammoniaca, il nitrito, il nitrato, e l'esponenete di acidita')?
Questo ci aiuterà trova una cura per il suo puffer.
