I can't upload any new pics due to not being able to change the size, when I first joined TPF someone gave me a link to do just that, I used it, it worked great, but I can't find it now- can anyone help???

you should be able to do it with any free photo editor.

photobucket, upload them there and it will resize and create you the links to show them.
