i am just collecting information,because i am thinking about getting a gsp but don't know enough. anythhing thats fact is a huge help.

I would recommend reading what's available on here in the pedia AND find a knowledgeable lfs. First & foremost, have a WELL cycles tank prepared!!

i am going to get the puffer(probably)next month.i am going to get two. look for marshmallow and cream puff.

Have you read any of the articles in the library on cycling and/or taking care of your GSP? There's good information there (Pufferluv and Trekenk posted a link the article). I think you need to read up on having this puffer before you get one because it sounds to me as if you aren't at all prepared.

Keeping a puffer isn't like keeping any other fish, they are very sensitive and need certain requirements. I really hope you will give this some serious thought before you go out and get one (or two) puffers.

If you Fishless Cycle correctly, it should take 7-10 days.

right, i have been reading a lot of stuff on a lot of different websites, (and if you find my questions annoying don't answer) i am just wondering if there's anything extra i need to know.(i have not made any decisions yet so if there's something i should know please tell me)

have you read the info?if you did you would notice that my question's were not answered,which is why i am asking people like you. if you don't think my questions don't make sense then don't answer,if my questions make you mad don't answer, (typing when angry isn't a good idea).

Alright, I'm going to answer your questions. Doing your own research is great but make sure you remember to take it all with a grain of salt. There's some great website out there and there's some not so great ones. The best ones I can recommend are here and Wet Web Media.

Food should be thawed and soaked in tank water with a supplement like VitaChem. Salt can be bought at your local pet store. Remember that you want marine salt and not aquarium salt. Many employees will say to use aquarium salt. Water needs to be treated with a water conditioner like Prime. Because GSPs require brackish water you'll need to find a way to age the water with the salt so it can mix. Any water you add to the aquarium (unless it's a tiny amount) should be a similar temperature to your tank water. You won't take your fish out of the tank to clean it. You'll need to buy a siphon and you'll remove about 50% of the tank water per week. If you have algae then you can scrub that off by hand. Very rarely is there the need to break down the tank and remove everything. Make sure to clean the substrate with your water changes. You can either vacuum it or stir it and vacuum up the gunk that's stirred up.
