The Puffer Forum

Today we went to the LFS to buy a Figure 8. We walked up to the tanks where they normally are and next to it sits a beautifull Fahaka of 20 cm including tale. We asked the sales girl a couple of questions, and go outside to discuss it. We decided to bring her "home". In an hour we also gonna pick up her new home. A nice second hand tank of 200 x 60 x 70 cm (lenghtxdepthxheight). With 2 pumps, and a heater.

I know very very sudden, and im glad that we have a few family members with healthy tanks combined with my own tanks. So im gonna scoop up as many sand, rocks, wood and filter gunk as possible, do large waterchanges. But we couldnt resist it.

Of i go emptying hubby's Caddy Maxi for the trip in the rain!

Congrats That's a very nice sized tank too, sounds like you guys are going to be all set!

Come on Dave, you've seen how I can fit all my tanks in our little house, you can do it ... and then you can give Obie a good home!
(Just kidding.... I know you said you can't have any more tanks, but if you could ...... )

Tomorrow i will start with taking some pictures, including the mess in my house.
We also got quite some extra's with it. The tank and stand need a good clean, and a new paint.

Now im off too bed because my alarm still goes at 6 in the morning.
