Which begs the question, are puffers immune to other puffers poison????

Puffers are immune to the toxin they normally store. I am uncertain whether or not immunity to one form of their toxin covers immunity to the other other form or forms. The immunity may be across the board, or may not.

If anyone has any real refs that clarify that I would love to hear about such.

I don't know if they are immune to all puffer toxins. But the reason why they are immune to their own toxins, is that they get the toxins through the food they eat. That would have been a problem if they weren't immune to it...
