Looks like a GSP or a young Giant Spotted (because of the shape of the spots), more than likely a GSP though.

Either a green spotted or giant spotted.. I'd personally lean toward the giant myself, by the shape of the spots, but you really don't know until they get bigger.

I am swaying that way, the eyes look differently spaced to a GSP at that size.

Nah, I think it's just a variation on the GSP pattern. I am seeing more and more of this type of pattern on GSP's in the LFS's around my area. I would have to agree with what's been said before about having different physical appearances on GSP's from different regional areas. That sounds very plausible to me. But it remains to be seen when the puffer matures, of course.

So the more it grows and changes pois?
I can not find the similarity with Tetraodon nigroviridis for now, I'll just other pictures of her back

When it gets bigger you will see if it is what is defined as a typical GSP or perhaps some variation of the Fluviatilis family. Problem is when they're juveniles they all look so similar. Either way great looking fish.

Do the giants have the green head-spot? Many have thought my GSPs were Giant Spotted but as juvies, they had the telltale bright green head-spot & looked just like any other GSP:
