Is my rock cured?

I recently bought 55 pounds of live rock from premiumaquatics and shipped it by 3 day ground because 2 day air was almost $100  So I rinsted it in a bucket of salt water from my tank to get some debris off and then put it in a separate empty tank to cure. I have had it in the tank curing for 2 days now and I have measured 0 ammonia and 0 nitrites twice. Is this possible that the curing time is this short or that it had hardly any die off? It didn't smell at all when I got it which I thought was strange from which I have read. What do you all think? (I don't use the crappy test strips either)

Alright... Premium is my LFS! Their rock is well cured in store but sense it was dry for days I would wait a week and see if their is any detectible ammonia.

Well it came wrapped in wet paper towels that were still very wet. Not dry at all.

Hey OP... I thought i would mention if you liked your service at premium, i would highly recommend to go back to them with your needs. They are not a storefront type of store. When you go there, you order supplies off a computer and are helped one on one with an employee. They have large volume of supplies and sponsored our fragswap. Not many LFS do this. No other LFS in town gets my business. I will make a post in the fav LFS soon. BTW, i see they have flatrate shipping of $12 of all salt buckets and they are cheap to begin with.
