GSP in 30G Reef Tank?

has anyone had any sucess putting a gsp into a reef tank?
will he tear up my corals and eat any fish in there? damsels, mandarin gobys, scooter blenny, and clean up crew? (shrimp and hermit crabs)
i would love to be able to put him in there and watch his color grow in the tank with the nice lighting and other colorful things in there.
any past experience input and advice would be great.

30g is the absolute minimum for a GSP without any tank mates. Not only would I not trust one with corals, the bioload he would produce in there would wipe them out. No doubt, he'd eat your cleaner crew too.
Is your Manderin/scooter eating prepared foods? They rarely do & need to have a supply of pods worth their weight to eat daily.

Could move them into there, yes, but be sure they are not pod eaters. I'm afraid a tank <90g just won't supply enough pods for even one of those Manderin-types.

Agreed. Your 30 gallon is already quite stocked, and there's certainly no room for a GSP in there. They are messy fish that get pretty big (picture a small football). And they like to bite corals and other fish. So, no.

Just a thought, I know some wouldn't agree
Of course this is by no means a long term thing, but since all the fish are on the smaller side.
But in a 55 I have 3 gsp's, 2 false perc's, a bicolor blenny, a purple gorgonian, green finger leather, a frogspawn, a couple mushrooms, some chaeto and ulva for macro's, and around 30 hermit crabs.
Been in the 55 since the 90 started leaking.. still gotta repair it, but they've all been together for a month or so now? Everything is happy and the puffs don't mess with anything but the crabs..
Not sure how this would all play out with a natural tank with bioload because I use the hiatt cycle..
