Hey there, I was just curious if 2 aquatech 30/60 filters will do the job for a 75 gallon BW tank? the GPH would be a little over 600..

Minimum recommendation is 10x/hour turnover rate. Which for that tank would be 750 GPH. It may suffice if you do plenty of water changes and keep an eye on things. But I would try to boost it to atleast 700 or so.

I don't like filters that require you to constantly buy new cartridges. I also don't like Biowheels for BW/SW, as they will spray salt everywhere. You can't go wrong with Aquaclear filters. They have a reusable sponge (for mechanical filtration), then you can place filter floss in the middle (to "polish" the water crystal clear) & topped off by Biomax ceramic rings (for biological filtration). I have come AC filters over 25 years old, with the same media that came with it. Get 2 110s for a 75g or 1 AC & an Eheim canister.
